Denver's Premium Board and Train Services

Puppy Board and Train

For Puppies 12 Weeks to 6 Months Your puppy’s first few months will shape the rest of their life. Our Puppy Board & Train is designed to build structure, clarity, and real-world reliability during the most important developmental window, so you don’t end up battling bad habits later. Instead of just teaching commands, we build engagement, impulse control, and clear communication so your puppy learns: -How to walk calmly on leash -Sit, down, place, and recall (long line foundation) -How to focus around real-world distractions -Appropriate behavior inside the home -Boundaries around trash, counters, doors, and guests, etc. -Managing arousal levels in different environments We don’t just “train your puppy." We teach them how to live successfully in your world. Through structured engagement and controlled access to food, play, and freedom, your puppy learns that calm, correct behavior earns rewards, not chaos or pushy behavior. This prevents problem behaviors before they become long-term habits. What’s Included: ✔ 4 Weeks of Structured Training ✔ 2–3 Hour In-Home Go-Home Lesson ✔ 4 In-Home Follow-Up Lessons ✔ Unlimited Follow-Up Sessions at Brighton Rec Center ✔ All Necessary Training Equipment Investment: $2,700 💰 15% Cash Discount 🇺🇸 20% Military & First Responder Discount Why Most Owners Choose This Program: Because fixing behavior later is harder, and more expensive. On-Leash Board and Train

For Adult Dogs That Need Structure & Reliability If your dog pulls on leash, ignores commands, overreacts to distractions, or feels unpredictable in public this program rebuilds the foundation the right way. Our On-Leash Board & Train is designed for adult dogs that need structure, accountability, and consistent follow-through. This isn’t just obedience training. This is behavior restructuring. We address: -Leash pulling and lack of control -Inconsistent obedience -Impulse control issues -Overexcitement in public -Reactivity and certain forms of aggression* -Boundary testing inside the home (*Some behavioral cases may require extended training and strong owner involvement.) What Your Dog Learns We focus on five core obedience commands: ✔ Sit ✔ Down ✔ Place ✔ Heel ✔ Recall foundation (long line) But more importantly, your dog learns: -How to manage arousal levels -How to earn freedom through calm behavior -How to respond under real-world distractions -Clear rules and predictable structure -Access to freedom, attention, and rewards is earned, not demanded. That clarity changes everything. What’s Included ✔ 2 Weeks of Structured Training ✔ 2–3 Hour In-Home Go-Home Lesson ✔ 4 In-Home Follow-Up Lessons ✔ Unlimited Follow-Up Sessions at Brighton Rec Center ✔ All Necessary Training Equipment Investment: $2,300 💰 15% Cash Discount 🇺🇸 20% Military & First Responder Discount Why Owners Choose This Program: Because living with a dog shouldn’t feel stressful or unpredictable. Off-Leash (ECollar) Board and Train

Reliable. Responsive. Real-World Control. This is our most popular program, and for good reason. If you want your dog to listen the first time, respond without a leash, and stay accountable in real-life situations, this is the program that delivers it. We combine structured training, clear communication, and consistent expectations to create fast progress without sacrificing long-term reliability. This isn’t shortcuts. This is done correctly. What Your Dog Will Achieve: ✔ On-leash obedience with clarity and control ✔ Off-leash reliability in real-world environments ✔ Strong recall under distraction ✔ Calm, appropriate house manners ✔ Improved impulse control and responsiveness Your dog doesn’t just learn commands, they learn accountability. Proper E-Collar Education (Done the Right Way): A major component of this program is professional e-collar conditioning. The e-collar is not only used as a corrective method/tool. It’s used as a communication tool. It activates behavior and turns off the moment your dog makes the correct choice, creating clarity instead of confusion. When introduced properly: -Dogs understand expectations faster -Confidence increases -Reliability improves dramatically Clear communication reduces stress for both you and your dog. Behavioral Work: This program can address reactivity and mild aggression. Many dogs show major improvement, though some cases may require additional training time and consistent owner follow-through for optimal results. We’ll be transparent with you about what your dog needs. What’s Included: ✔ 4 Weeks of Structured Training ✔ 2–3 Hour Go-Home Lesson ✔ 5 In-Home Follow-Up Lessons ✔ Unlimited Group Lessons at Brighton Rec Center ✔ All Necessary Training Equipment Investment: $3,250 💰 15% Cash Discount 🇺🇸 20% Military & First Responder Discount Why This Program Is Our Most Popular: Because owners want freedom. Designed for dogs experiencing moderate to severe behavioral challenges including aggression toward dogs and/or people, significant fear, anxiety, or unstable reactivity. That’s exactly what this program provides. Who This Program Is For: ✔ Dog-directed aggression ✔ Human-directed aggression ✔ Severe reactivity ✔ Fear-based behaviors ✔ Anxiety-driven instability Some dogs showing mild reactivity or emerging aggression may qualify for our Off-Leash or Standard programs. How Real Behavior Change Happens: Lasting change requires: -Structured exposure to triggers -Clear, consistent communication -Controlled repetition -Accountability -Environmental structure at home Throughout the program, your dog works directly and intentionally around their specific triggers in carefully managed scenarios. We do not avoid the problem, we train through it. Equally important: Owners must be committed to implementing routine and lifestyle adjustments. Predictability, structure, and clear expectations at home are critical to long-term success. Behavior modification is a partnership. Severe Human-Directed Aggression: For dogs exhibiting severe aggression toward people, private sessions may be required prior to enrollment. These sessions allow us to: -Safely build rapport -Establish foundational communication -Ensure the program is set up for success -Safety is always our priority. About Our B&T Programs

Our company offers a personalized experience catering our programs to each individual dog and their owner(s). With our years of experience, we understand that dogs need real-life training for real-life results. We prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on exposing dogs to the situations and scenarios they will encounter in the real world.

To equip you and your dog with the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge for success in your daily routine, training must occur in an environment similar to the one in which they will live. Therefore, your dog stays and lives with us, rather than in a kennel. This approach helps your dog learn not only obedience but also the rules and boundaries of living with people, both inside and outside the home.

By limiting the number of dogs we take in at any given time, we ensure our attention remains where it should be: on our clients and their dogs, rather than on maximizing profits. This limited capacity also benefits dogs with reactivity and aggression issues, preventing these issues from worsening in a kennel environment.

Puppies and young dogs also thrive better in a more controlled environment, without the stress of 30-plus dogs reacting to every passerby. This approach prevents them from picking up undesirable behaviors.

Our Board and Train programs include ongoing support and resources. We provide a two hour In-Home Go-Home Lesson, 4 In-Home Follow-Up Lessons, free phone support and free group classes for the life of your dog. All the necessary equipment to ensure effective training and communication with your dog is also included.

Our program lengths are thoughtfully designed to reflect the importance of having a reliable and confident canine companion. While our programs are customizable in length, we believe that quality training takes time and patience. We don't rush through the process just to move clients in and out quickly. Instead, we focus on ensuring that both you and your dog are genuinely learning and retaining the skills presented. By taking this time, we’re able to deliver results that truly matter. However, if we find that your dog is retaining and learning the skills at an acceptable rate we are flexible on program lengths and pricing will be reflective of the time spent with us.
